From 85256a8d98c1f531dd02452e7bc915e9a812b571 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: William LaFrance Date: Thu, 8 Oct 2026 21:39:46 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Update CI actions and build with a current .NET SDK The .NET Core workflow installed SDK 3.1.301 on ubuntu-latest, where dotnet restore aborts with "No usable version of libssl was found" (3.1 needs OpenSSL 1.1, which current Ubuntu runners no longer ship). develop's last push run fails the same way. Use a supported SDK (8.0.x), which builds the netcoreapp3.1 projects as they are, and bump the deprecated actions/checkout@v2 (both workflows) and actions/setup-dotnet@v1.
