Set Width and height in pictures and size compress limit in all videos, audio, image, pdf files

[Cyberoze26]

The update v2.2.0 doest doesn't completely fulfills the exact requirements. It should be like : Set width and height in the Edit pictures window, the free size presets have had since https://github.com//issues/576: Keep aspect ratio (on by default here) fits each picture inside the width × height. Unticked, the picture is stretched to exactly that size. Units: px, cm, mm or inches. A printed size needs a resolution, so cm, mm and inches show a DPI box (300 by default). The size becomes pixels at that DPI, and the saved pictures record it. That's what upload forms asking for a 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo expect: 413 × 531 px at 300 DPI. Switching the unit shows the same pixels in the new unit, so it never changes the size by itself. The size line under the fields counts a stretched size as exactly that size, as the encoder writes it. the free size preset does only the conversion in the same one-time specified size not in user required size vary according to the needs. There should be independent option to set width and height along with the size limit, if needed

also, add option to set or get output of any videos, audio, image, pdf files in the user specified size limit as compress feature

Thanks! What you describe is exactly what was added right after 2.2.0 (#725, #726), and it ships in the next release:

• Width × height in the Edit pictures window. Keep aspect ratio (on by default) fits each picture inside the size; unticked, the picture is stretched to exactly that size.
• Units: px, cm, mm or inches. For cm, mm and inches a DPI box appears (300 by default). The size becomes pixels at that DPI, and the saved pictures record it, so 3.5 × 4.5 cm at 300 DPI gives 413 × 531 px.

About size limits in 2.2.0:

Kind	What's there
Pictures	Size limit (MB) in a picture preset (Settings → Presets → Image card), down to 0.1 MB. Limits in KB, and a minimum size, are planned in #662
Videos	Size limit (MB) in a video preset, plus ready-made "Video for email / Discord / WhatsApp" presets
PDF	Compress PDF (pictures at 72, 150 or 300 dpi)
Audio	The bitrate in an audio preset sets the size
