From c1d40ea86ddf013bfe5b514619e615e5608eb7c1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jonathan Payne Date: Thu, 22 Oct 2026 09:31:25 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] OpenConceptLab/ocl_online#451 | URL registry toggle on for staging URL_REGISTRY_IN_RESOLVE_REFERENCE_TOGGLE was on for dev and qa only. Every container start reloads core/fixtures/toggles.json (pre_startup.sh -> load_fixtures), so a database flip on staging is reset at the next deploy or restart. Staging now runs with the registry on; production stays off, now stated in the fixture.
