Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Add Muse Spark Code

Muse Spark Code is an unofficial, MIT-licensed coding agent for Meta's
Muse Spark. It runs through the Muse Code CLI or the Meta Model API and
is distributed on npm as muse-spark-code-acp.

Auth: Terminal Auth. With clientCapabilities.auth.terminal it returns
{"type": "terminal", "id": "muse-code-login", "args": ["login"]}.
