Subject: [PATCH] fix(docs): restore the pg_hba sidebar entry in the 1.18
 postgresql_conf page

The heading was lost when the page was generated from broken markdown, so the sidebar listed LDAP Configuration under the postgresql section. #477 fixed the page body.
