Description

• Fixed: errors at the start of a file could omit the first character of the source line. Source-line extraction now handles an error at offset 0 correctly. Unexpected non-ASCII characters are also reported as complete UTF-8 characters instead of a single invalid byte, keeping the error message valid UTF-8.

• Fixed: Unicode paths on Windows. Filesystem DLC paths and imported module paths are now constructed from UTF-8, so non-ASCII names such as Korean filenames reach the filesystem unchanged. Added a filesystem test using a Unicode filename.

• Fixed: digits after regex literals were parsed as repeat counts. A run of digits after a literal character or a zero-width anchor is now treated as literal text; digits following a consuming token, set or group still specify repetition. Added regression coverage for dates, version strings, anchors and phone-number patterns.

• Network-free builds. Defining CUFF_DISABLE_NETWORK omits the socket client and its platform headers. DLC:network remains loadable in that build, but network_get() and network_post() report that the feature is unavailable. Makefile and Makefile.win accept EXTRA_CXXFLAGS for this and other optional build flags.

• DLC registration is now table-driven. Library names, registration functions and the unknown-library hint come from one shared table, while network and filesystem host settings are grouped in DLCOptions. The list_join() type-error hint was also corrected to refer to to_str() directly.

• Windows builds and tests now run in CI. The workflow builds the engine with MinGW, runs tests/run.ps1, and builds the interactive shell. The PowerShell test runner now supports CUFFC, CXX and UNIT_FLAGS, works when launched outside the repository directory, and reports failed test names; the Unix CLI test runner also prints failing checks instead of only suite summaries.
