Subject: [PATCH] fix(docs): refresh package requirements, gait status and exam
 snapshot provenance

From the 2026-10-30 docs currency scan:
- core, parts and pose pages no longer name a stale "published"
  version. The Bun >= 1.4 floor stays, and the version badges stay
  registry-driven.
- pose: drop the open-work bullet for gait issues #444–#446. All are
  closed: two completed, and #445 not planned, so nothing claims it
  shipped.
- exam: the 13-sitting table is pinned to the snapshot it came from and
  labelled historical, with a link to the current results (26 sittings
  on main). The historical table is not rewritten.
- getting-started anchor fixed; play citations point at the sections
  that moved to REFERENCE and MIGRATION; licensing names @rig-c/core.

The site's version-consistency and link tests pass 15/0.
