lsp key bindings not working

Hi, I am configuring rut-tools on top of https://github.com/nvim-lua/kickstart.nvim/tree/master
for some reason none of the LSP defined keybindings are working when I am working with a rust file, LSP says rust-analyzer is the client and also it knows I am working with a rust file.
the keybindings I am talking about are these https://github.com/nvim-lua/kickstart.nvim/blob/master/init.lua#L422-L440
I also saw the rust-tools has some keybindings configured like:
