[PWGJE] Add baryon pair correlations in charged jets

This PR adds the baryonPairInJets analysis task to study identified proton and antiproton pair correlations in charged jets.

• Configurable event, charged-jet, track and proton PID selections;
• Same-sign (pp+pbarpbar) and opposite-sign (ppbar) pair distributions;
• Same-event and mixed-event correlations inside charged jets;
• Nominal, loose and random jet-mixing references;
• Inclusive identified-baryon correlations for comparison with the in-jet measurement;
• Data, detector-level MC and particle-level MC processing modes;
• Detector-level PID truth QA and primary/secondary origin information;
• Matched detector-level and particle-level charged-jet response histograms;
• Event, jet, constituent, PID and pair-normalization QA histograms.

The task produces analysis histograms directly and does not introduce new derived data tables.
