FT containers are not --network=host, so the runner's /etc/hosts entry for the mirror was invisible and pick_endpoint failed stateful prep. Mirrors 26.8. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Some runners do not resolve dockerhub-proxy.dockerhub-proxy-zone, so --add-host was skipped and pick_endpoint failed. Mirrors 26.8 runner_setup and stress_job. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
