Adds a "System" option to the theme selector, as suggested in #722.

  • When "System" is selected, the popup uses the existing light or dark theme
based on prefers-color-scheme: dark, and listens for changes so it follows
    the OS/browser setting while open.
  • Users with no saved theme now default to "System" (Safari keeps "flat").
Anyone who already picked a theme, including "Light", keeps it.
  • Adds theme_system to _locales/en/messages.json; translations for other
    locales go through Crowdin.

Tested locally: Chrome and Firefox builds, Prettier check, npm test (the five
MenuPage "Feedback" failures also happen on current dev), and the built
popup in Chrome with dark and light color schemes.
