Summary
Prepare v0.1.0-alpha.2 and promote the accumulated Unreleased changelog so the packaged app can display its own release notes. Align application and Cargo metadata with WiX's numeric
0.1.0.2version, and make desktop release-note scenarios follow the package version while checking alpha 2's content.Related Issue

Verification
pnpm checkpassed formatting, type, lint, production frontend build, frontend coverage, and backend checks.pnpm build:e2e:desktoprebuilt the alpha 2 desktop binary.pnpm test:e2e:desktop:run -- --scenario release-notespassed first-install, upgrade, persisted seen-version, offline manual viewing, and restart behavior on Windows.pnpm tauri buildproduced both Windows x64 NSIS and MSI installers. Read-only inspection of the MSI confirmed ProductVersion0.1.0.2and Open with entries for all four built-in Markdown extensions.PR CI passed frontend checks, backend checks, and the complete desktop E2E suite for this change.
Not verified: NSIS and MSI install, upgrade from alpha 1, uninstall, and Open with lifecycle checks, deferred for this prerelease by maintainer decision in #644.
