Summary
Agents now write or update desktop E2E scenarios when rendered geometry or native interaction needs coverage, but they do not build the E2E binary or run the suite locally unless the user asks. They report any added or changed scenario as not run locally. The
Desktop E2ECI job already builds the binary and runs the full suite on every pull request, so a local agent run repeats that work. Because agents no longer build the binary, the guidance to rebuild it is gone, and the editor presentation guidance keeps only its focused-test and area-check steps.CONTRIBUTING.mdstill documents local suite and scenario runs for contributors who want to debug a scenario directly.Related Issue
