Summary

• compact and left-align parameter rows while preserving scientific groupings and bottom-aligning wrapped labels
• move CSV sorting and column selection into a dedicated tab between Output and Model & Energy
• add descriptive content/use tooltips to every auxiliary output format
• visualize minimum-energy and interaction-probability files with local Plotly profiles, heatmaps, and selected-spot bars
• identify native filenames and sequence pairs in file headers, retain original content/downloads, and add 1400 × 850 PNG export
• pin and checksum the Plotly Cartesian bundle and static same-origin styles while retaining the strict CSP

Validation

• npm test --prefix gui — 25/25 tests pass
• full real-WASM browser suite passes with Playwright 1.64.0 on Chromium 156 and Firefox 157 using the matching revision 7378801 engine
• browser coverage checks compact desktop/mobile layout, CSV tab, all output tooltips, Plotly rendering, sequence names, native-file downloads, valid PNG signatures, and zero CSP console errors
• desktop/mobile screenshots and the completed Plotly output were visually reviewed; 390 px has no document overflow
• bash -n scripts/wasm/stage.sh
• python3 -m py_compile scripts/wasm/test-browser.py
• workflow YAML parse, pinned asset SHA-256 checks, and git diff --check

No scientific engine code or compiled WASM assets are changed.

• move "explicit seeds" input to first row right of "seed constraint" dropdown
• narrow "Seed constraint" dropdown width to half
