We've noticed that the regression test suite sometimes fails on the GitHub Actions runners for specific test cases, but re-running the same job (with no code changes) makes it pass. This intermittent behaviour suggests something non-deterministic or environment-sensitive is affecting a subset of regression tests, rather than a genuine code regression.
