Thanks for raising this! Windows support is on the radar but blocked on some bash-based internals that need to move to Lua first. I've just opened #47 to track that migration — once phase 1 lands, Windows support becomes mostly testing and CI work, which I'll track here.

If you're on Windows and willing to help test once we get there, comment here and I'll ping you when there's something to try.

Yes, if there are any ways to use the plugin on Windows, please let me know. I'd be glad to try it.

    Shipped in v2.3.0 🎉

code-preview.nvim now runs on Windows across all four backends — Claude Code (#73), OpenCode (#85), GitHub Copilot CLI (#81), and OpenAI Codex CLI (#80) — built on a generic per-OS hook shim (#77, ADR-0008), Windows-aware shell write/delete detection (#75), and native-path neo-tree markers.

Remaining enhancements that surfaced during this work are tracked separately (#83 ✅, #84). Thanks to everyone who tested on Windows. Closing the epic.

Sorry for the late reply. I have been busy with my scientific paper.

Thanks for your hard work. I am glad to see this plugin can work on Windows. Actually, I switched to the Pi-agent, which is not supported by code-preview.

I wonder if this agent can be supported in the future.

    Thanks again.
