The medal commit was pushed to hub-ga-own after #63 had already been merged, so it never reached main. This PR brings it over on top of current main, together with readability fixes from a check of the live site.

1. Builder medals and academic events (bcd5579)

Same change as described in #63, section 4:

• Roster: each row shows only the cohorts that person took part in, as chips.
• Medals: Builder (1 cohort), 다시 온 Builder (2), 베테랑 Builder (3+), 명예 Builder (5+). Special medals: 멘토 (20+ runners) and 러너에서 Builder로. Opening a Builder reveals the medal. There is also a medal card image, a medal SVG per Builder, and medals on Builder pages, badges and share images.
• 학회와 함께 여는 무대: a new block under 행사 and a banner line for the 한국경영정보학회 events, from data/stages.json.
• New events: medal_card_open, click_conference.

2. Readability on laptops and tablets

Checked the live site at 1920, 1440, 1280, 1024, 768, 390 and 360px, light and dark, with axe-core:

• No console errors (apart from the GitHub API rate limit), no CSP violations, and no horizontal overflow.
• Problem found: the track map is drawn at a fixed width and scaled down. At 1024px the labels came out about 10px, and at 820px about 9px.
• Map:
  • It keeps a minimum width of 1080px. On narrower screens it scrolls sideways inside its card, with a one-line hint and a fade at the edge.
  • The vertical list view now covers up to 900px (was 720px).
  • Labels are one step larger. No label collisions at 1024, 1280 or 1440.
• Text size: no page text below 12px anymore. This covers the banner tags, the 도서/유료 tags, cohort labels in timelines, the brand line and the badge code.
• axe: the only violation was nested-interactive on the map (role="img" with focusable stations inside). It is now role="group", and axe reports no violations.
• Toast on phones: inside a dialog, the stamp toast sits at the bottom so it no longer covers the close button.

Checked

• Full regression suite plus the UX and medal checks, at 1440 and 390px.
• Audit of all pages at 7 widths and in dark mode: no errors, overflow or axe violations, and no text under 12px.

After merge

• Run Deploy site once, so the Builder pages and medal images are regenerated.
