Bump gitlab client-go to v1.46.0, go-git to v5.19.3, oauth2 to v0.37.0 and indirect dependencies. client-go v1 changed ListOptions.Page to int64, so use int64 page counters when paginating. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
