Keeps Go 1.26.10 and the small direct dependency bumps; drops the syft v1.42.3 bump that pulled in go-getter, AWS/GCS SDKs and containerd v2. Binary: 119.4 MB -> 86.0 MB. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Security tradeoff
syft 1.42.3 fixed GO-2026-4809 (syft) and removed GO-2025-4020 (rardecode, no fix). Reverting reintroduces both; govulncheck reports 9 vulns vs 7 on main. No suppressions added, so the govulncheck/Trivy checks may fail. Needs security sign-off.
