Overview
Aligns repo-content-updater managed CI config with the upstream template and tightens supply-chain checks on PRs.
Dependabot (
.github/dependabot.yml) is narrowed to pip and github-actions only—gomod, npm, cargo, and swift update entries and all reviewers are removed. Pip usesdirectories: ["/"]instead ofdirectory: /; GitHub Actions scanning uses/.github/actions/*and excludes the dependency review workflows so Dependabot does not bump those managed files. The header comment now documents opting out with!dependaboton managed-files.A new
