Adds a
pixi.tomlnext to thepackage.xmlof these packages, so they can be built with pixi-build-ros and published in the CoreSense Pixi channels (coresense-jazzy, coresense-kilted):rossdl_cmakeEach manifest only enables publishing and selects the build backend. Name, version and dependencies still come from
package.xml. The backend version comes from the release workspace that will build all the CoreSense packages together (workspace = true). See the CoreSense guide.Tested: the packages build with Pixi against ROS 2 Jazzy (RoboStack) and install from a local channel.
