fix(web): the catalog rating filter's "Tất cả" wraps onto two lines

Problem

Since #718 the first rating filter option reads "Tất cả" instead of "All". In the catalog sidebar (.filterFlex .btn, 13px, padding: 10px 5px, four equal columns) the star icon plus "Tất cả" no longer fits at 1366px, so the label breaks into "Tất / cả" inside its 45px-tall button (live /smartphones, 2026-10-24).

Fix

Keep each option on one line: no wrapping for the labels, and let the first option take the width it needs.

Acceptance

At 1366px and 375px, every rating option label renders on a single line in vi/en/cs (E2E checks each label's height equals one line).
