a11y(web): sign-in and register fields have no autocomplete

Problem

The email and password inputs in RateAuthPortal (/login, /register, /forgot-password) have no autocomplete attribute (live check, 2026-10-24). Browsers and password managers then cannot reliably fill them, and WCAG 2.1 SC 1.3.5 (Identify Input Purpose) asks for it on fields that collect user data.

Fix

autocomplete="email" on email fields;
current-password on the sign-in password;
new-password on the register password and its confirmation.

Acceptance

An E2E check reads these attributes on /login and /register.
