fix(web): product thumbnails render as "[object Object]" for TGDD listings #810
Description
Found in a live audit of rate.vn (round 4). On merchant pages such as /merchants/ad185bf1-8344-499e-80c2-c552ebba67d0, listing thumbnails request /merchants/[object%20Object] (404, broken image).
Cause: 14 rate.products rows (all platform = 'tgdd') store the literal string "[object Object]" as the first entries of images, followed by real CDN URLs. The web reads images[0] in about 20 places (merchant listings, product page, compare, home, catalog).
Fix (web): pick the first entry that is an actual URL (http(s)://, protocol-relative or root-relative) through one helper used everywhere images[0] is read.
Follow-up for the TGDD crawler owner (not in this repo): the crawler stringifies image objects instead of reading their URL field; the stored rows need a re-crawl or cleanup.
Acceptance: no [object Object] image request on merchant, product, compare or catalog pages; unit test for the helper.
