Clear RATE_ITEM_MODEL before the omitted-argument assertion.

The assertion resolveItemModelMode(undefined) === 'off' at apps/importer/src/shopee/__tests__/dist-exports.smoke.mjs:40 fails when RATE_ITEM_MODEL is set. Passing undefined triggers the default parameter, which reads process.env.RATE_ITEM_MODEL. The same assertion at apps/importer/src/shopee/__tests__/item-matcher.test.ts:142 has the same problem.
