The provider returns "Package limit for this model has been used up for this window" for your gpt-6-luna API key, which means your subscription plan's monthly or daily usage cap has been reached. No PAYG fallback is active, so requests are blocked until the quota resets or you enable pay-as-you-go billing.

To fix it:

1. Enable PAYG fallback on your provider's subscription page to allow usage beyond your package limits — the error message directs you there.
2. If you prefer not to enable PAYG, wait for your quota to reset on its regular cycle or add a different OpenAI-compatible API key without usage limits on the BYOK tab of your Billing card.
