chore(deps): bump tokio, tiptap, and tauri

Summary

Bump tokio, @tiptap/*, and tauri dependencies to their latest compatible versions across frontend and Rust crates (core, server, and src-tauri).

Changes

• tokio:
  • core/Cargo.lock, server/Cargo.lock: bump tokio 1.53.2 -> 1.53.3 (parity with src-tauri).
• tauri:
  • src-tauri/Cargo.toml: bump tauri-plugin-dialog to 2.8 and tauri-plugin-opener to 2.7.
  • src-tauri/Cargo.lock: bump tauri to 2.12.4, tauri-build to 2.7.3, tauri-plugin-dialog to 2.8.3, and tauri-plugin-opener to 2.7.2.
  • package.json: bump @tauri-apps/api to ^2.12.4, @tauri-apps/plugin-dialog to ^2.8.3, @tauri-apps/plugin-opener to ^2.7.2, and @tauri-apps/cli to ^2.12.3.
• tiptap:
  • package.json: bump all @tiptap/* packages from ^3.31.3 to ^3.32.0.
  • package.json: add package overrides for @tiptap/core and @tiptap/pm (^3.32.0) to satisfy peer dependency requirements with @blocknote/core.
  • package-lock.json: regenerate lockfile with updated dependency tree.
