Codex-Fluid-Dynamic

A multi-layer scientific prototype for hybrid fluid dynamics, ion field projection, material response modeling, and holographic visualization.

Project concept

This repository is organized into five conceptual layers:

  1. Sensing Layer

    • external motion sensing and spectral calibration inputs
    • signal normalization and environmental recombination
  2. Material Layer

    • mesoporous silica membrane models
    • anisotropic optical response and thermal behaviors
  3. Ion Field Layer

    • confined ion-field projection and charge density modeling
    • waveform and dynamic-emission approximation
  4. Simulation Layer

    • simplified Navier-Stokes-inspired flow field
    • coupled advection and diffusion model
  5. Display Layer

    • holographic projection and visualization rendering
    • scene synthesis from simulation fields

Structure

  • codex-fluid/ — fluid and flow modeling modules
  • ion-storage/ — ion field and particle projection logic
  • materials/ — material and optical response simulation
  • display/ — holographic rendering and visualization
  • src/codex_fluid_dynamic/ — Python package prototype for the simulation stack
  • app.py — runner for the demo pipeline

Quick start

python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python app.py

This produces a rendered composite visualization in output/scene.png.

Current implementation status

The repository now includes:

  • a basic fluid field simulation
  • a simplified ion-field particle model
  • a material optical response approximation
  • a holographic-style visualization renderer
  • a modular architecture that can be expanded into real scientific or hardware-driven models

Recommended next milestones

  • integrate a true CFD solver or spectral method
  • replace the simplified ion model with a more physically realistic confinement model
  • connect material response to measured DSC/XRD or POM datasets
  • add a browser-based live visualization dashboard
  • expose simulation controls and tuning parameters through an API or UI
