The release for the Zig 0.17.0 move. It requires mob ~> 0.9.26, which is now on Hex.
Release gate: reviewer subagent GateMobDev0731 said SHIP once mob 0.9.26 was on Hex; it is now.
Local checks with Zig 0.17.0: mix test passes 3182 (1 skipped, 11 excluded); format, credo --strict and compile --warnings-as-errors are clean.
mix mob.security_scanshows 0 hex findings. Its remaining HIGHs are drift in this host's cached iOS OTP tarballs, which are not part of this package.
