docs: link the contribution guide to community entry points #45

The website's contribution guide tells readers which repository owns a change, but does not link the organization's question, idea, or current-work entry points. Someone who has a question before choosing a repository has no direct route from that page.

Add a short paragraph to website/content/en/developer/contributing.md that routes readers to:

• Q&A for usage, setup, and repository-routing questions.
• Ideas for suggestions before they have a concrete task scope.
• Current work for admitted work and its next step.

Keep this change to that English page. Use ordinary descriptive Markdown links and preserve the existing repository-owner table and setup guidance. No new navigation component, translation, deployment, or product behavior change is needed. The public discussion navigation is the routing reference: Start here.

Start from the latest main and read website/README.md. The website is a standalone package; it does not consume the private UI package or require an InKCre deployment, database, organization token, or hosting account. Install the pinned package manager and run from the repository root:

pnpm --dir website install --frozen-lockfile
pnpm --dir website dev

Open /developer/contributing in the local preview. After editing, run:

pnpm --dir website format
pnpm --dir website check

Only commit the intended page change; if formatting reveals unrelated baseline changes, leave those out and report them. This task can proceed independently of the UI package publication and docs#40; rebase if that PR changes the same page first.

Acceptance:

• A reader can choose between asking a question, discussing an idea, and finding current work from the contribution page.
• Each link opens the intended public destination without organization membership; the contribution page still renders correctly in local preview.
• pnpm --dir website check passes. The PR names the page checked and any actual setup blocker.
