The public tarballs and anonymous impl-ts setup are live, but the root README and contribution guide still describe them as pending approval. Replace that stale preparation status with the verified public versions and merged consumer link. The add command uses an exact semver after configuring its public override, preserving Module Federation's version contract.
Only repository guidance changes; packaged files, versions, Changesets, and release logic are unchanged. Formatting and whitespace checks pass; the existing UI checks validate the candidate. The current-version mirroring workflow can run again on merge and must verify the same already-public 2.6.0 asset without overwriting it.
This completes documentation for the approved public-distribution rollout in #64, #73, and impl-ts#171. Coordination: @xiaoland. Tracking: InKCre/.github#39. No parent or child PR. Revert these two root documents to restore the previous wording.
