📝 Summary

Add structured GitHub bug report issue form and disable blank issues for @iterable/expo-plugin (SDK-629).

🎟️ Jira Ticket: SDK-629

📖 Description

Adds .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml (YAML issue form with required-field validation) and .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml (blank_issues_enabled: false), aligned with Android/iOS and the companion change on react-native-sdk.

🧪 How to test?

On GitHub: Issues → New issue on this repo after merge. Confirm only the Bug report form appears, blank issues are disabled, and submit is blocked until required fields are filled. Spot-check secrets/beta notices and Expo-specific fields (plugin version, RN SDK, Expo SDK, native build method).
