📖 Description

This PR adds structured issue reporting for the React Native SDK repo, aligned with Android/iOS and SDK-629:

• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml — YAML form with required fields (description, repro steps, org id, platform, RN SDK version, React Native version, expected vs actual), optional Expo/New Architecture fields, secrets warning (including EAS tokens), and beta software notice.
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml — blank_issues_enabled: false.
• CONTRIBUTING.md — Bugs section directs contributors to the Bug report form.

No changes to the PR template or SUPPORT.md.

🧪 How to test?

• Open New issue on this repo after merge (or preview from the branch on GitHub) and confirm only Bug report is available; blank issues are disabled.
• Try submitting with required fields empty — submit should be blocked.
• Fill required fields and confirm the issue body includes the form responses.
• Confirm the top markdown shows the secrets warning (including EAS tokens) and beta notice.
