Add Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung on the home page - #15

Split privacy into /datenschutz/ with German policy matching actual account, membership, session, and reset-mail processing. Keep /impressum/ as legal disclosure with existing operator details. Co-authored-by: Jochen Krapf <jkdesign@me.com>

Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung keep <your name>, <your address>, and <your email> only (no phone). Operators may override via DJANGO_TEMPLATE_OVERLAY (/data/templates) without committing PII. Co-authored-by: Jochen Krapf <jkdesign@me.com>
