Implements improvement suggestions F16–F20 (UX polish & growth).

Shipped

  • F16 Keyboard-first scene navigation — j/k moves between list items; on Scene, a/d inserts Action/Dialog after selection; ? toggles a shortcut hint.
  • F17 Dark stage theme — optional dark CSS (ux-stage.css) with footer moon/sun toggle (cookie + /ux/theme).
  • F18 Mobile shot checklist — /shot/checklist phone-friendly scene list; tap cycles progress_shot 0→50→100; linked from Shot toolbar.
  • F19 Multi-user presence — /ux/presence cache heartbeats when Project.users > 1; footer pills show other editors (“editing Scene …”).
  • F20 DE/EN UI toggle — LocaleMiddleware, footer DE/EN switch (/ux/language), {% trans %} on editor chrome + German catalog under locale/de; Docker build runs compilemessages.

Approach

Additive CSS/JS/templates and small UX views only — no Bootstrap upgrade (owned by cleanup track).

Tests

python manage.py test X.tests_ux — 8 passed.

Ship F16–F20 as additive CSS/JS/templates: j/k scene navigation,
optional dark stage theme, mobile shot checklist, multi-user presence
when Project.users > 1, and DE/EN chrome language toggle.

gettext + compilemessages so DE chrome translations work without
committing gitignored .mo files.
