F14/F15: tokenized report share links + filter presets - #9

F14: ReportShareLink with public /report/share/<token>/ read-only views that freeze tag filters (and scene Role/exterior/day extras) without login. F15: FilterPreset saved/loaded from report filter forms, writing session tag state and supporting exteriors / scenes-with-role payloads. Co-authored-by: Jochen Krapf <jkdesign@me.com>

Implements collaboration backlog items F14 and F15:
ReportShareLinkstores a secret token plus frozen filter payload. Public URL/report/share/<token>/renders L/M/S/C reports without login. Owners/users/staff create links from the report filter form (Create share link).Project.guestsremains the account-based guest channel; tokens are the no-login path.FilterPresetsaves named tag payloads per user (Save/Load on report filter forms). Scene reports also support Exteriors only, Story day, and Scenes with role.How to share a link
