feat: add KuGou .kgm/.kgma/.vpr audio converter (issue KnifeLemon#826)
Register the new KuGou audio converter so .kgm/.kgma/.vpr files are supported.
## What does this change? Adds support for KuGou Music encrypted audio formats (`.kgm`, `.kgma`, `.vpr`) requested in KnifeLemon#826. - Pure C# KGM V2 decryption - Converts to normal audio formats via existing FFmpeg engine Closes KnifeLemon#826 ## Type of change - [x] New format or engine
