Anti-MAG neuropathy, aHUS with anti-factor H, autoimmune cerebellar ataxia and motor neuropathy with multiple conduction block had their master-list Incidence/Prevalence value (V 2.1, 2026-06-04) as their rdfs:comment, from the 2026-06-15 core-reports import. Each now has the Rose & McKay definition from the 2026-10-08 master list, as the curator chose, with an ARI_ChangeLog line recording the replaced value. Four diseases had a bare number as their
rdfs:commentdescription. Each is replaced with the Rose & McKay definition from Leon Islas's 2026-10-08 master list (ALPHABETICAL sheet), word for word, chapter and page included. The curator chose that column over the "Autoimmune Registry" one.0.50.211.94Each disease gets an

They are exactly the Incidence/Prevalence column of
ARI Master List V 2.1 - 2026-06-04.xlsx("Leon Main" sheet; for example 0.5 and 1.94 are "per 100 thousand", 0.2 is "per 1 million"). The 2026-06-15 "Imported from ARI core reports" import read that column as the description. They were already in the ontology's first commit (0b3ccde), and that import's code is not in this repo, so there is no script here to fix.notebook/master-list-comparison/import_gaps.pyis not the cause: it only fillsrdfs:commentwhen a disease has none, so it skipped these four, because each already had a number. Not in this PR
