Closes #89. Replaces the duplicated Young day/week/month arithmetic with client-core v0.1.0. Date parsing, error precedence, Monday weeks and command output stay unchanged.

Part of shared client-core Task #109.

A clean clone passed the complete race-enabled suite (460 tests, 33 packages), all 54 native specification cases covering 24 requirements, default build with VCS stamping, lint, vet, generated-code and pinned OpenAPI provenance checks.
