Moves public activity query construction to client-core v0.3.0. The unknown-date command now retains active/category/search/organizer/time-basis filters and quotes pasted values correctly; CLI input guards and pagination checks stay intact.
The regression failed against the previous hint and passes through the real date command/HTTP/output path. Full local checks passed: 471 Go test events across 33 test packages, race detection, 54 specification cases covering 24 requirements, vet/lint/build, generated-code and pinned OpenAPI checks. Only the client-core dependency changed.
