Use client-core v0.4.0 page progress in complete CLI reads. Existing pagination validation, explicit single-page requests, and complete-result output remain unchanged; a later-page failure still returns an error without partial output.

Regression tests cover accepted-page progress, explicit paging, preserved filters, and later-page failure. Local checks passed with GOWORK=off: build, race tests (487 test/subtest passes), 54/54 specification cases, lint, vet, and OpenAPI/generated-code sync. CI independently passed the same 487 tests and 54 specification cases; its artifact records match the clean local evidence and the tested merge tree equals this head.

Closes #96. Part of Life-USTC/Life-USTC#109.
