Delimit the CLI-managed theme with sentinel comments, fall back to a conservative top-level :root/.dark pair match for legacy files, and otherwise prepend. User CSS (incl. @import) is never discarded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
