[release-1.20] fix: include nvsdm lib in toolkit container adjustments - #2162

NVSDM is named libnvsdm.so.1 which doesnt match the versioned library discover to the driver version. This is a problem on B200/300 GPUs because libnvidia-nscq.so.major.minor.rev is replaced by NVSDM and its deps and without it this can hamper nvswitch monitoring in DCGM for example.
