Refresh uv.lock on release/0.2 so the branch's nSpect dependency inventory includes current compatible packages, including filelock 4.2.4 with the fixes released in 4.2.1.

Apply the same lockfile-refresh approach as #1324, regenerated against the release branch's own requirements using uv lock --upgrade --upgrade-package 'torch==2.14.*'. Preserve its seven-day package cutoff, existing package-specific cutoff exceptions, PyTorch 2.14.0, declared dependencies, and supported Python versions. Only uv.lock changes; no version bump or release-tag change is included.

Validation: uv lock --check, git diff --check, and comparison of the locked project's declared dependency metadata against the release-branch base pass. Runtime tests against an environment installed from this lockfile have not been run. This refresh updates the source inventory; it does not change dependencies in already published artifacts or installed environments.
