Delphi 0.7.0: each workspace parks its own root folders (park: in workspace.yml)

Changes

Switching workspaces left the journal, screenshots and Playwright folders at the root, because park.sh moved a fixed set. Now each workspace lists its own extra root folders under park: in its workspace.yml. park.sh parks those from the branch it leaves, always parks .journal/, and restores everything parked for the workspace it enters.

• e2e: .journal/ and a park: folder park with their workspace and come back; an unlisted folder stays
• e2e: park.sh skips .git and ../up entries; check.sh rejects a/b, .git and duplicates
• Argos and Nero workspaces (and Argos's workspace-defaults) list pictures and .playwright-mcp

Notes

• PRs into ws/* aren't checked by CI, so park.sh also skips bad entries itself.
• No migration: folders already at a root park with whichever workspace is checked out at the next switch.
