Delphi 1.0.0: workspaces/ instead of linked/, and setup runs each one's setup

Changes

The clones of the workspaces listed under workspaces: move from linked/<name> to workspaces/<name>, and DELPHI_LINKED is renamed DELPHI_WORKSPACES. setup.sh now also runs each clone's own setup, so that workspace's repos and references are there too. To keep setups from chaining, a workspace that sits inside another's workspaces/ skips its own workspaces:. setup.sh detects this from the path, so it holds however setup gets run.

Testing

• e2e: setup runs a linked workspace's own setup (its repos are checked out), and that setup clones no workspaces of its own
• e2e: the 1.0.0 migration moves linked/* to workspaces/*, including a leftover worktree (with git worktree move), and removes linked/
• e2e: the 0.0.1, 0.8.0 and 0.9.0 migration tests still start from linked/ and end in workspaces/
• e2e: parking, switching and paths.sh use workspaces/

Notes

• 1.0.0: the way workspaces work has settled. From here on, a release that needs a migration bumps MAJOR, which ci/check.sh already enforces from 1.0.
• park.sh still parks a leftover linked/ too, so a clone that pulls this version but hasn't run setup yet doesn't carry links into another workspace.
• A linked workspace's setup clones its repos (e.g. Argos's) under workspaces/<name>/, so the first run after this takes a while.
