fix(build): pin node 24.21.0 for cloudflare builds - #538

.nvmrc said "24", so Workers Builds picked Node 24.22.0 on its release day; its install step then fails to set up pnpm 12.11.2 through corepack (Cannot find module .../corepack/v1/pnpm/12.11.2/bin/pnpm.cjs) and every build since has failed. 24.21.0 built fine until then. Every Workers Build since the evening of 2026-10-14 fails before installing dependencies:
.nvmrc=24resolves to the newest 24.x, and Node 24.22.0 was released that day. pnpm 12 no longer shipsbin/pnpm.cjs; corepack < 0.35 still looks for it (reproduced locally: corepack 0.31–0.34 fail with exactly this error, 0.35+ works). Builds on 24.21.0 with the same pnpm 12.11.2 succeeded until then (e.g. v1.29.0). Production is still on v1.29.0 because the v1.30.0 build failed.The Cloudflare preview build on this PR is the check that the pin works.
