Phase 5 (Dock part) of the design-system plan. Stacked on #132.

  • Widget tiles in the Dock use the card radius and Fill tokens; hover labels and folder stacks use the spacing scale; glance meters use the track fill.
  • The profile list's "Active" tag is a Pill.
  • Hover magnification uses Motion.quick, and reordering uses Motion.arrange; both still honour Reduce Motion. Scroll-to-focus stays a non-overshooting ease-out, because DockOverflowTests measures where it lands.
  • Folder-tile and indicator artwork keep their own values.

Not in this PR: the desktop widget extension. It is a separate Xcode target that cannot import the app's tokens; sharing them needs the token file added to its xcodegen project, so it gets its own change.

Testing: swift test passes, and the lint baseline is down to 366 literals (from 435).

Widget tiles use the card radius and fills, hover labels and folder
stacks the spacing scale, the glance meters the track fill, and the
profile list's Active tag is a Pill. Hover magnification and reordering
use Motion (and respect Reduce Motion as before). Folder-tile artwork
keeps its own values.
