Short Description
Updates the Spanish notifications page to match the corrected English in #926.
Part of #926
Details
Stacked on #926, so merge that first. Updated in place: 5 blocks changed in the English, all 5 needed new Spanish text (failure alert wording, alert email links, the 3-alerts-per-5-minutes limit, digests counting work orders and defaulting to
Never, and digest send times).translation_source_hashis updated and the status staysmachine.Translated with Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5). The check script flagged "desactivadas hasta que las actives", which is a false positive: the English says "turn them on", which the rule maps to "activar". "Health page" isn't in the glossary, so it's translated as "página de salud". The full site build passes.
