Parent integration owner. The typed callable dtype default and durable decorator context are already merged via #2 and #3; this PR bumps the existing version authority only and records release evidence. OpenHCS PR217 cannot use the published 0.3.4 wheel: it rejects dtype_config_default on adapter import. That consumer now requires >=0.3.5,<0.4, with no fallback or source/Git pin.\n\nValidation: 7 focused dtype/context tests pass; offline wheel build and Twine metadata check pass; a fresh process loads the exact 0.3.5 wheel with installed OpenHCS and runs a real 24x32x32 BaSiC fit (finite float32/fractional output, unchanged source pixels, same-fit formula agreement, flatfield RMSE 0.0007167). This is local API/wheel evidence, not public registry or biological acceptance.\n\nNo tag, registry upload or workflow dispatch is performed. Separate owner approval for this companion package publication is outstanding. Canonical receipt: docs/source/release_035_validation.rst. After approval, use the existing trusted publishing workflow and verify the registry wheel. The approved openhcs-basicpy publisher is separately queued awaiting a hosted runner.
